I can't sign in — what should I do?
Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen first. If you're still locked out, email us the account address and the product you're using and we'll restore access.
A property detail looks wrong. How do I fix it?
Send us the property or record and what looks off. Data corrections are handled by our Data & privacy team — see that support area for correction and removal requests.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes — Homeprint can organize multiple properties, each with its own documents, maintenance schedule, energy insights and value tracking.
