How do I report a data issue or request a correction?
Email us with the property or record in question and what's wrong, and we'll review it. Our Privacy Policy explains correction and removal requests in more detail.
Can I have my information removed?
Send us a removal or opt-out request with the specific record and we'll explain what's possible and act on valid requests promptly, consistent with our legal obligations.
Where is my data stored?
In Canadian data centres, aligned with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law, with encryption and strict access controls by default.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Client data is never used to train AI models shared with other clients, and cloud AI runs with tenant-level isolation. See our Responsible AI page for the full detail.
How do you build your data without using client data?
