How it all works.
What counts as an “enriched address”?
Each unique address you submit for enrichment in a given month — regardless of how many layers you query against it. We don't double-count repeat queries or follow-up calls on the same address within the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's address volume?
On Starter, you can upgrade to Professional or pay $0.04 per address over your limit. On Professional, you can purchase additional volume blocks or move to Enterprise. We never cut off access mid-month — overage is invoiced and flagged before it scales.
How is the energy layer billed?
Energy is offered month-to-month as an add-on once you're on Professional or Enterprise. The platform fee plus per-listing rate applies regardless of your tier's billing period.
Do you offer non-profit or board pricing?
MLS and real estate boards typically engage on Enterprise terms with pricing scaled to membership — flat annual fees, predictable line items, no per-listing surprises.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Upgrades happen anytime and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalty either way.
Where is the data hosted?
All Neighbourly data is hosted in Canadian data centres. We're PIPEDA-compliant by default, and provincial privacy compliance (e.g. Quebec Law 25) is built into the architecture.
