Today we're shipping Neighbourly.io v2 — the largest update to our data API since launch. It's faster, more flexible, and built around how teams actually query property data in production.

GraphQL, alongside REST

Every dataset is now available through a typed GraphQL surface, so you can request exactly the property, neighbourhood and market fields you need in a single round trip. The REST endpoints you already use are unchanged and fully supported.

Webhooks for changes that matter

Subscribe to valuation changes, new listings and permit filings, and we'll push events to your endpoints as they happen — no more polling. Delivery is signed, retried and observable from the dashboard.

A faster engine underneath

We rebuilt the address resolver from the ground up. Median responses are now 40ms, and we've held our 99.9% uptime SLA through the migration. Nothing to change on your side — everything just got quicker.
